The unique artwork is hand painted and then printed by in-house designers. The dress has a lovely heart-shaped back with buttons at the neck and a zipper along the middle of the back. The dress is ideal for every occasion thanks to its detachable waist belt and short puff sleeves with drawstrings and has the cutest block pattern in a sophisticated shades of pink.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

2. No Return & No Refund
- All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. Exchange Policy (5 Days)
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Size exchange is allowed once per order.
- Style exchange is allowed for products of equal or higher value.
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
4. Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.
5. Damaged / Wrong Product
- Report damaged, defective, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos/videos may be required for verification.
6. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
- Refunds are only applicable for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–8 business days via UPI or bank transfer.
