1. Order Processing & Shipping

• Delivery within India usually takes 5 business days from dispatch.

2. No Return & No Refund

• All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. Exchange Policy (5 Days)

• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Size exchange is allowed once per order.
• Style exchange is allowed for products of equal or higher value.
• Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

4. Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

• Report damaged, defective, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photos/videos may be required for verification.

6. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

• Refunds are only applicable for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
