1. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • All purchases made on High Notes are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer returns on any products.
  • Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Exchange Policy (5 Days)

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

3. Types of Exchanges

A. Size Exchange

  • If the product does not fit, you may request a size exchange.
  • Size exchange is allowed one time per order only.

B. Style Exchange

  • You may exchange your product for a different style or design.
  • The new product must be of equal or higher value.
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

4. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

5. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, you can either email us or directly submit a request through our exchange form.

6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or use the Return Form with photos/videos for verification.

7. Refund (Special Cases Only)

While we generally follow a no-refund policy, refunds may be considered only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products after internal quality verification.

  • The product will undergo a quality check once returned
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–8 business days
  • The amount will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer

8. Important Notes

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order
  • Reverse shipping or re-shipping charges may apply (if applicable)
  • High Notes reserves the right to approve or deny exchange/refund requests based on product condition and policy compliance
